How far in advance do you actually batch content, and what batching/planning system works?
A useful default is to plan ideas and formats 2–4 weeks ahead while keeping roughly 7–10 days of finished or filmed content ready. Batch by type of work — ideas, filming, editing, scheduling — instead of forcing an entire month's content into one exhausting session.
